Senior SAP Enterprise Architect (20 hrs a week)

Senior SAP Enterprise Architect with broad experience in ECC, PRO7.5, APO Hybris Commerce, Hybris Customer Service, BW, HCP, EWM, IBP, ME/MII, Solution Manager, Leonardo, Ariba, Concur, FSCM, BCS, BPC, S4HANA) in combination with other applications (e.g. Workday, Siemens Teamcenter, Service Now, OpenText, BSAR Blackline).

The Enterprise Architect will work with the various application experts and the infrastructure architect to design and implement the changes in the landscape taking into account all functional and non-functional requirements.

Objective
Within the Enterprise Architecture team the SAP Enterprise Architect contributes, maintains and realizes the corporate Philips Lighting IT, Vision and Strategy for the SAP landscape. This encompasses the architectural domains: Business Processes (together with Business Process Owners), Enterprise Information Management, Application landscape, Infrastructure landscape (incl. tooling and integration) and IT services. Together with the IT Business Partner he/she innovates and manages the portfolio and lifecycle of IT services in line with the business needs.

Organization and collaboration
The SAP Enterprise Architect works within Philips Lighting IT and reports to the Delivery Team Lead ERP. The Enterprise Architect contributes to implement and improve the IT high performance organization with Passion for results, champions a lean based way-of-working including continuous improvement and learning, and work with modern, scalable and adaptive concepts and techniques.

Mandate
?  Defining, implementing and monitoring the Philips Lighting corporate IT strategy and policies;
?  Defining, implementing and monitoring the Philips Lighting IT (SAP) Enterprise Architecture and roadmaps;
?  Defining, implementing and monitoring the Philips Lighting IT (SAP) Enterprise Architecture Principals;
?  Coordinate the alignment between the different layers of the Enterprise Architecture (business, process, enterprise information, integration, technical);
?  Drive IT simplification, optimization and innovation within Philips Lighting based and support informed decision making on strategic and tactical IT investments;
?  Play an active role in the maintainance of the IT service portfolio;
?  Play an active role in the maintainance on the application portfolio;
Key activities
IT Strategy
?  Is responsible for defining, driving and monitoring corporate Philips Lighting IT strategy;
?  Developing a long term view on the (SAP) Enterprise Architecture based on the business and IT strategy
?  Developing standards and policies for IT strategy execution and prepare informed decision making on IT investments and relevant IT topics
?  Defining linkages and alignment between Philips Lighting business strategy (incl. opportunities) and Philips Lighting IT strategy and guarding the coherence and interdependencies.
Enterprise Architecture
?  Is integrally responsible for all components of the SAP Enterprise Architecture, such as business processes, information, application landscape, infrastructure, integration, tooling and solution;
?  Developing a long term view on the target SAP Enterprise Architecture based on the business strategy;
?  Developing standards and policies for the development of architectural components and monitors compliance;
?  Defining linkages between business process domains and application landscapes and guarding the coherence and interdependencies;
?  Initiates and drives innovation and other initiatives to move towards the target enterprise architecture;
?  Define and monitor achievement of project start/end architecture documents;
IT Landscape Architecture
?  Developing a long term view, blueprints and roadmaps for the application and infrastructure landscapes, covering the main applications and their interfaces, in relation to the information architectures that it has to enable;
?  Maintaining the As-Is SAP ECC landscape and all its integration points and defining the To-Be landscape based on IT strategy and roadmap.
?  Guarding implementation of the long term view, by participating in projects (through the creation of project start architectures) and by reviewing project deliverables;
?  Formulating rules, principles and guidelines for the use of technical architectural standards and monitors observance.
Service Portfolio Management
?  Activly contribute to the IT service portfolio plan and the service portfolio roadmap (including renewal- and replacement strategies) in close cooperation with the other IT competencies and aligned with the business and IT strategy.
Application Portfolio Management
?  Developing a multi annual overview of current, planned and end-of-life applications, their interactions and planned developments in close cooperation with the other IT competencies;
?  Assessing the applications, evaluating potential changes and understanding the risks and impact of these changes to the portfolio in close cooperation with the other IT competencies
?  Evaluating and guarding business cases regarding application maintenance-, renewal-, replacement-, and rationalization aspects.

Qualifications - Must-have
Education and knowledge
?  University degree in Business Administration or Business Information Management
?  Excellent communication skills
?  ?  Fluent in English, written and verbal, preferably also fluent in Dutch
?  Architecture Frameworks, such as TOGAF, Zachman, DYA
?  Archimate
?  Process Engineering. Preferred knowledge: Business Process Model & Notation (BPMN)
