The Signify Privacy Office is part of the Signify Legal team working together with Signify Business Groups, Markets and other functional teams in order to lead the Privacy Compliance Journey. The Signify Privacy Office is a central team that acts as a pivot for the facilitation of Privacy Compliance all around the company.
The team consists of Privacy Professionals with wide-ranging backgrounds, nationalities, and competencies, based out of Amsterdam and Eindhoven.

Your responsibilities
Be responsible for facilitating Privacy compliance regarding Customer / Consumer / Suppliers / Business Partners Data and supporting compliance regarding the related processing of such data. To fulfil this goal, you will:
?   Perform Privacy Impact Assessments in your areas of responsibility
?   Manage operational link with mainly Signify Marketing teams, both at central level and at local level, partnering up with the relevant Privacy Contact Points and supporting their Privacy Journey
?   Manage operational link with Signify Business Groups, partnering up with the relevant Privacy Contact Points and supporting their Privacy Journey in the product development and in the day-to-day activities
?   Support the Signify Innovation function in the development of new propositions
?   Coordinate the Privacy Contact Points and be responsible for growing our Privacy Network in your areas of responsibility
?   Be responsible for the management of the Privacy Impact Assessment process
?   Be responsible for the management of the Privacy Requests process
?   Support and monitor the implementation of the Binding Corporate Rules in your areas of responsibility
?   Be responsible for implementing the privacy framework (develop guidelines, procedures, toolkit) in your areas of responsibility and periodically monitor the maturity level
?   Be responsible for developing privacy processes / policies / procedures and disseminating privacy controls in your areas of responsibility
?   Carry out Awareness activities in your areas of responsibility
?   Cooperate with the Chief Privacy Officer, other Privacy Officers, Privacy Contact Points and Compliance Officers
?   Periodically report to the Chief Privacy Officer regarding your areas of responsibility
You are?
Open minded, curious and innovative and aligned with our company values and aims and you bring the following experiences and competencies:
· Bachelor?s degree required and a Post-Bachelors education and/or certification(s) in privacy or other applicable credentials;
· Ability to define, implement, and maintain new policies, templates and processes in a global, highly matrixed organization;
· Ability to understand, simplify and teach others privacy-related concepts reflecting applicable laws, ethical standards of practice, and policy in close consultation with the Philips Lighting legal department;
· Demonstrated ability to translate general managerial direction into solid results with minimal supervision;
· Demonstrated ability to build and implement strategy that aligns with short and long-term business objectives;
· Ability to productively interact with business leaders, senior executives, Data managers, IT staff, information security officers, project leaders and legal staff around the world.
· Up to 5 years demonstrating change management in the context of a large, multi-faceted organization, ideally with the size and scope of Philips.
· Demonstrated ability to translate privacy and security regulations and/or practice standards into workable and implementable solutions.
· Demonstrated ability to organize large-scale educational/academic events and workshops bringing together key stakeholders to advance complex projects.
· Demonstrated ability to write, publish and disseminate critical information and relevant findings inside and outside of the organization.
· Strong communication and influencing abilities
· Fluent in English
· 5 + years? experience effectively creating and deploying privacy or similar compliance initiatives;
· Experience with large-scale compliance (or similar) program initiation and sustainable management;
· Knowledge or expertise in IT protocols related to data lifecycle management.
